Cancellations
Free to cancel until it is packed
Until the parcel is handed to the courier you can cancel free of charge. Afterwards it is handled as a return instead.
Cancelling before dispatch
Contact [email protected] with the order number before the order leaves processing, a window of 1 to 2 business days. We charge nothing to cancel. A prepaid amount goes back to its source within 5 to 7 business days, in line with Reserve Bank of India timelines.
After dispatch
A dispatched parcel cannot be stopped. You may refuse it on arrival or return it under the Refund and Returns Policy. Turning away a Cash on Delivery parcel before payment leaves you owing nothing.
When we cancel an order
We cancel occasionally too: stock found damaged at packing, an error in a listed price, or an order we cannot verify. In every case we say why and refund the full sum, including any delivery you were charged.
Partial cancellation
If part of an order cannot be fulfilled we can refund that part and send the rest. Say which you prefer when you contact us.
A cancelled order is refunded within 5 to 7 business days, in full, with no charge.
