Dispatch and handling

Candles ship with fill between the wax and the carton wall so a hot loading bay cannot soften one face against the box. Glass jars and vessels are wrapped individually, and vases are double-boxed with a gap on every side. Lamps travel with the shade in its own compartment and the base braced, because a shade packed loose against a base is the usual cause of a dented rim.

Anything paid for before 3:00 PM IST on a working day is dispatched the same evening, and later orders go out the next working day. Dispatch runs Monday to Saturday, with no movement on Sundays or public holidays.

Where we ship

Orders leave Indore, Madhya Pradesh for serviceable PIN codes anywhere in India. A handful of remote PIN codes are unserviceable, and that is shown at checkout before any money moves.

We are an online-only retailer. There is no counter to collect from and no physical storefront.

What delivery costs

Spend ₹999 or more and delivery costs nothing. Otherwise delivery is ₹49 flat, whether the box is small or large. You see the figure in the cart before paying; we add no handling, fuel or packing surcharge.

How long it takes

A typical order reaches a metro address in three to five business days and the rest of India in five to nine, counted from dispatch rather than from the moment you order. Add 1 to 2 business days for packing.

Treat the windows as estimates. Couriers are affected by weather, strikes and public holidays, and we will not promise a date that is not ours to keep.
