Casaluxe Harbor runs as a sole proprietorship out of Indore, Madhya Pradesh under the trading name Casaluxe Harbor. Browsing or ordering means you accept these terms, the Privacy Policy and the other policies linked in the footer. If you do not, please do not use the site.

Your account

Guest checkout and accounts are both available. An account password is your responsibility, as is anything done under it. Write to [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access. Accounts used for fraud or abuse may be suspended.

Prices and payment

Prices appear in Indian rupees, inclusive of any tax that applies. No GST is charged and no GSTIN is issued, because our turnover falls below the registration threshold. Payment is by UPI or Cash on Delivery only.

Prices and stock can change without notice. If an error means an item was listed at the wrong price, we will tell you before dispatch and you can confirm the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.

Orders and acceptance

Confirmation is acknowledgement, not acceptance — the contract begins when the goods leave us. We may decline an order where stock has run out, where a PIN code is not serviceable, where a pricing error has occurred, or where we cannot verify the details given.

Delivery, returns and cancellation

Delivery, returns and cancellation are each governed by their own policy page, and those pages are incorporated into these terms.

Our content

Unless stated otherwise, the writing, design and imagery here belong to Casaluxe Harbor. Any third-party marks remain the property of their owners and are used descriptively only. Site content may not be reused commercially without written consent.

Limits of liability

The site and its contents are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, Casaluxe Harbor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this site or from any product purchased through it, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory. Rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and any other liability Indian law will not permit to be excluded, are unaffected.

Governing law

These terms fall under Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Exclusive jurisdiction rests with the courts at Indore.
